- playing with play dough and Plasticine to strengthen hand muscles - a recipe for play dough is:
2 cups of flour
2 cups of water
1 cup of salt
1 tbs oil
1 sachet of cream of tartar
a few drops of food colouring (optional)
mix all ingredients in a pan over a medium heat for 1-2 minutes, let the dough cool before using

- pouring water using bottles and jugs
- building using construction toys
